Bernie we will so miss you! Your generosity, humour and fine Suffolk character are irreplaceable. Bernie made the sound of my trombone playing better than any other musician I have ever played with. The sheer beauty, controlled harmonic excellence of his musicianship was tremendous. God grant you peace and a place in that heavenly big band alongside the greats. Go well...
